NBA 2K24: The game is already on sale?

NBA fans eagerly await the upcoming release of NBA 2K24. The 2K video game franchise typically releases new versions of its games ahead of each NBA season.
Since 2K16, every new version of the game has been released in September. However, fans were caught off guard when false news emerged on Monday that the game was already available in select stores.
This fake news is provided by Buttcrack Sports, one of the most famous satirical sports news companies. But even though Buttcrack Sports made it clear on its Twitter profile that the post was untrue, people were still being duped by the company's scam.
As for the actual release date of "NBA 2K24", it will be released on Friday, September 8, 2023.
Available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. There is no early access period, and it will be released on the same day.
